Pedestal Rock and Lick Fork Bicycle Ride
The Pedestal Rock and Lick Fork Bicycle ride is held every October on the 3rd Saturday of the month, with the hope that fall foliage is in full swing. In light of the current pandemic situation, we have decided that the right thing to do was to offer the ride and cool t-shirt, but not the entire experience. (It's hard to be physically distant when you've having a post ride meal here.) So, you can ride wherever you want. Feel free to come ride the courses as outlined on the COURSES page, but please know that we will not have support people or signage in place. We will mail you a t-shirt, and if you post pictures on Instagram or Facebook of your ride on October 17 (wherever you are), you'll also be entered to win cool prizes. (We'll mail those to you too.)
The Pedestal Rock 40 supports work being done by Community Voices, a 501(c)3 organization, to showcase the beauty of the Authentic Ozarks and strengthen the lives of rural Arkansawyers living in the Boston Mountains of southwest Searcy County.
Get the information you need by using the drop down menu next to PRLF Ride at the top of this page (in the pink bar) or the navigation links in the footer at the bottom of the page. We hope to see you here in October 2021, but until then, RIDE SAFE!
